LONDON, AP – IHS Holding Ltd, a London-based company, reported a loss of $1.21 billion in its second quarter, which ended on June 30, 2022.

The company attributed the loss to several factors, including the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the war in Ukraine, and the rising costs of raw materials.

On a per-share basis, the loss was $0.25. Revenue for the quarter was $2.4 billion, a decrease of 5% compared to the same period last year.

IHS said that it expects the challenging economic conditions to continue in the second half of 2022. However, the company remains optimistic about its long-term prospects.
