Synopsis:

Thirty-four years after the events of the 1984 All Valley Karate Tournament, a down-and-out Johnny Lawrence (William Zabka) seeks redemption by reopening the infamous Cobra Kai dojo. This reignites his old rivalry with former nemesis Daniel LaRusso (Ralph Macchio), who has been running his own successful karate school. As the two former rivals clash once again, they must confront their own pasts and the consequences of their actions in this gripping and nostalgic sequel series to the beloved "Karate Kid" films.

Season 6 Announcement:

In a letter to fans, the executive producers have announced that "Cobra Kai" will be returning for a sixth and final season on Netflix. They tease that it will be the "biggest season of Cobra Kai yet," promising an epic conclusion to the series that has captivated audiences for the past five seasons.
